11 day stretch 60 minute minimum, NAO or MMGW on SPG / NAD


The critically important news first: I have done so much running recently I have experienced (slight) signs of over training.
Taking yesterday off sorted that out.

Huaraches have a tracking number and sundry items are now being considered: relative merits of cold over warm surfboard wax - to stabilise feet on rainy days.

Recently I checked back on the Gulf Stream and discovered that for what ever reason it seems to have gone West very quickly and the sub polar gyre exists substantially only between Greenland and Canada.
You are all bright people so I will leave you to ponder why.
Less warmth in the seas off Scotland if it is a not a transient feature.
